Our Pets

Our pets are an important part of daily life, and while all are free to roam around the property, they know where "home" is. None of our animals are afraid of people, so if you would like to feed or pet the goats, cats, peacocks or chickens, just ask. They love attention!

Our Residents

  • 3 Nigerian Dwarf Goats: Nina, Fosco, and Fico—curious, independent, and always nearby.
  • 3 Cats: Mac, Johnny, and Bernie—each with their own personality, all a bit jealous for attention. Are you allergic to cats? We keep bedroom doors closed, but cannot keep the cats out of the house. If you detest cats, this probably isn't the right place for you.
  • 2 Chickens (silkies): Quiet, fluffy, flightless and amusing: sometimes they provide us with fresh eggs.
  • 4 Peacocks: They sleep in the trees and come down during the day to move freely through the grounds, adding color and movement to the scene. They adore raisins and peanuts!
